Our Candidate Searching is designed to help you find the candidates you are interested in quickly and easily.
- Enter the keywords for the candidate you are looking for. Some
examples include programmer, store manager, and mechanical engineer.
You can use any Boolean searching string including and, or, not
and ( ).
- Make selections in the drop down boxes for candidate location,
type, industry, discipline, pay, etc. You can include multiple
selections in any selection box by holding the CTRL key down and
clicking on your selections.
- The more detail you include in your search criteria, the more
exact your results will be. We recommend that you start your search
with basic terms. You can always refine your search with more
details as you go.
- If you want to narrow your search results, use quotes around
your search phrases. "Account Manager" would return
fewer results than Account Manager.
- When you have entered all of your search items, click the Begin
Search button.
- Your results will be displayed on the following pages.
